Causeway Impact Terms of Service

Welcome to Causeway Impact which is owned and operated by Newday Financial Technologies, Inc. (“Newday”, “Causeway Impact,” “Causeway,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Causeway Impact is a platform designed to connect individuals, communities, and organizations with impactful charities and NGOs and to provide a mechanism to facilitate donations through third-party payment processors. These Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Causeway Impact website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

1. Nature of Services

Causeway Impact is a social media and community platform focused on philanthropy and sustainability. Users may discover charitable organizations, share impact-related content, and use integrated third-party services (e.g., Stripe) to facilitate donations.

Important:

  • Engage respectfully: Treat all members with kindness and respect, regardless of differing opinions or perspectives.
  • Donations are processed by Stripe or other authorized third-party payment providers.
  • All donation transactions are strictly between you (the donor) and the recipient charity/NGO.
  • Causeway Impact is not responsible for the use of funds by recipient organizations.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Registration and Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

The Services may include links to third-party websites or payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Causeway Impact is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
